Not the version of you that has it together. Not the one who answers "I'm fine" before anyone finishes asking. The real one. The one who closes the bathroom door sometimes just to have somewhere to fall apart in private.


I see her. I know her. I am her.


I want you to read these next words slowly, because I need you to actually feel them and not just skim past them the way we skim past things that feel too good to be true —


You are not too much. You have just been in the wrong rooms.


I spent years in rooms full of people feeling completely invisible. Years being the woman who held everyone else together while quietly coming apart at the seams. Years standing in a body that the world had opinions about — a plus-size body that was talked about, pointed at, compared, and judged — while I was just trying to survive the inside of it.


Nobody told me there was a room being built for me.


So I built it myself.


The Kall Her Beauti Empowered Initiative is a free online sisterhood and support circle for plus-size women and all women who are tired of carrying everything alone. Our Boss Baddie Mindset™ Circles are free. Our Village™ Community is free. Our Self-Discovery Sessions are free. Because the one thing I promised myself when I built this is that the price of healing would never be the reason a woman stays stuck.


I'm not asking you to take a big step today.


I'm just asking you to exhale.


You found this. That wasn't an accident. Something in you was looking — and something in this was waiting.


The gates to The Village™ are open. They will still be open tomorrow. And the day after that. However long it takes you to feel ready — I will be right here. Holding the light on until you can find your own.

That decision became Kall Her Beauti — a plus-size affirmation loungewear brand for women who are done playing small. Sizes S to 5XL. Clothes that speak before you open your mouth.

And because I know what it costs to walk the hardest season without a village — I also founded the Kall Her Beauti Empowered Initiative. We're a federally recognized 501(c)(3) nonprofit providing free support circles, sisterhood and confidence programming for women ready to reclaim their power.

I built the village I needed when it didn't exist.
