Our Impact — Building the Village One Woman at a Time

The Kall Her Beauti Empowered Initiative is in its founding year of operation. We are building our programming infrastructure, growing our community, and laying the foundation for measurable, sustainable impact in the lives of women who need us most.

We believe in radical transparency — including about where we are in our growth. This page will be updated regularly as our programs develop and our community grows.

Where We Are Today:

The initiative launched its online community and programming in 2025. In our founding period we have:

  • Established our online Village™ community through Skool

  • Launched the Kall Her Beauti—I Am Her™ Podcast — delivering weekly confidence, healing and empowerment content to women across multiple platforms

  • Built our foundational support circle framework — The Boss Baddie Mindset™ Circles, Self-Discovery Sessions and Village™ Community programming

  • Developed our partnership with Kall Her Beauti™ — creating a mission-driven commerce model where every purchase supports the initiative's growth

  • Filed all foundational legal documents to establish the organization's nonprofit status and was approve 3/10/2026 501 (c) (3) Status

Our Programs:

The Boss Baddie Mindset™ Circles Guided group support sessions designed to help women silence self-doubt, audit their personal village, and step into their role as the CEO of their own life. Sessions focus on confidence building, boundary setting, and personal leadership development.

Target population: Women experiencing self-doubt, recovering from toxic relationships, or navigating major life transitions.

Format: Online — accessible to women regardless of geographic location. Cost to participants: Free.

Self-Discovery & Purpose Sessions A structured program helping women explore their identity, values and purpose outside of who the world told them to be. Designed for women at any life stage — homemakers, students, career changers, and women starting over.

Target population: Women seeking clarity, direction and a judgment-free space for personal exploration.

Format: Online — expanding to in-person as funding allows. Cost to participants: Free.

The Village™ Community An ongoing sisterhood space where women connect, support each other, and are reminded of their worth on the days they forget it. The Village operates as a living community — not a program with an end date.

Target population: All women served by the initiative. Format: Online community platform — expanding to in-person gatherings as funding allows. Cost to participants: Free.

Kall Her Beauti—I Am Her™ Podcast Weekly podcast episodes covering confidence, healing, rebuilding after trauma, setting standards, and living unapologetically. Each episode is designed to make the listener feel seen, supported and empowered.

Target population: Women seeking community, validation and practical empowerment tools. Format: YouTube — free and accessible globally.

Our Growth Goals:

In the next 12 months the Kall Her Beauti Empowered Initiative is working toward:

  • Serving 100 women through our online programming

  • Hosting our first in-person Village gathering

  • Securing our first grant funding to expand programming capacity

  • Completing all legal registrations and receiving 501(c)(3) (approved 3/10/26)

  • Publishing our first annual impact report
