"The Kall Her Beauti Empowered Initiative was founded by the same individual who owns Kall Her Beauti, a for-profit apparel brand. These are two separate and legally distinct organizations. The initiative does not receive direct revenue from Kall Her Beauti sales. Any relationship between the two organizations is governed by the initiative's conflict of interest policy and board oversight to ensure that the initiative's resources are used exclusively for its charitable mission and that no decisions are made that primarily benefit the for-profit entity. This disclosure is maintained in the interest of full transparency with our community, donors and regulatory authorities."
The Kall Her Beauti Empowered Initiative is built on the same foundation as every village we create — trust, honesty and accountability. We believe that the women we serve and the donors and funders who support us deserve complete transparency about who we are, where we are in our development, and how we operate.
Organizational Status
Kall Her Beauti Empowered Initiative is a federally recognized 501(c)(3) public charity classified under IRC Section 170(b)(1)(A)(vi).
EIN: 41-3401067. Effective date of exemption: December 27, 2025. Contributions are tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law. A copy of our IRS determination letter is available upon request.

Our Bylaws & Governing Documents
The Kall Her Beauti Empowered Initiative operates under formally adopted bylaws that govern our board structure, decision making processes, conflict of interest policies and organizational operations. Our governing documents are available upon request.
Financial Transparency
As a newly formed organization we are in the process of establishing our formal financial reporting structure. Once we begin accepting charitable contributions we will publish annual financial summaries on this page.

Board Meetings & Minutes
The Kall Her Beauti Empowered Initiative board meets regularly to govern the organization's operations and strategic direction. Meeting minutes are maintained as part of our organizational records and are available upon request in accordance with California nonprofit law.
Conflict of Interest Policy
All board members and key staff of the Kall Her Beauti Empowered Initiative are required to disclose any potential conflicts of interest and to recuse themselves from decisions where a conflict exists. Our conflict of interest policy is included in our organizational bylaws.
